A leading hire provider in the UK is seeking an Operations Support Manager in Glasgow. This role involves leading and developing operations teams, ensuring service excellence, and monitoring operational procedures. Hours: 42 hours per week
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Support Manager to lead and supervise all operations teams across your business function. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and developing Hire Desk Managers to deliver Service Excellence to both internal and external customers.
Leading by example, you will embed a positive culture of continuous improvement, ensuring operational procedures are consistently reviewed, measured, and improved. You will play a key role in minimising risk and cost to Speedy, while ensuring process adherence, transactional accuracy, and strong revenue and margin performance.
We will provide everything you need to succeed in this role. This includes comprehensive on‑the‑job training, supported by dedicated product and systems training teams.
