Operations Manager - Volunteer

Chelsea Handball Club is spreading the benefits of the handball team sport to diverse local groups in an inclusive manner. We need help managing our senior (men/women) teams operations. Our vision is to become the community club of choice in London, encouraging participation across all ages and sections.

As an Operations Manager, you will contribute to bringing people into physical movement via handball, especially physically inactive social groups such as children, young people, women, girls, and financially‑disadvantaged socio‑economic groups, by reducing participation barriers and resourcing club operations sustainably.

  • Ensuring all welfare and safety requirements are met.
  • Resource allocation to deliver activities safely and effectively.
