We’re on the lookout for an exceptional Operations Manager to lead a growing cluster of children’s residential homes in the Lincolnshire area. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of children’s care within a forward-thinking and values-driven organisation.

Who are we?

At Kisimul Group, we’re proud to be one of the UK’s leading providers of education and support for children and adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Our homes and schools are more than just services – they’re nurturing environments where young people can truly thrive. As an independent organisation, we have the freedom to focus solely on delivering exceptional care, and we do that through our resilient, compassionate, and dedicated teams.

What will you be doing?

As an Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our children’s services – driving quality, compliance, and innovation across your area. You’ll:

  • Oversee and lead 5 residential homes (with more to come)
  • Ensure services meet and exceed regulatory standards
  • Coach, support and guide Registered Managers to deliver outstanding care
  • Drive improvement, innovation and cultural excellence
  • Contribute to strategic planning and the growth of our services
  • Champion our core values and inspire your teams to do the same

This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, values-led environment and who is ready to bring vision and leadership to a growing part of our organisation.

About You

  • Significant management/supervisory experience in multi-site settings
  • Experience working effectively with people with learning disabilities and/or special needs
  • A solid understanding of the Children Act 1989, Quality Standards, statutory regulations, and how they apply in practice – including inspection frameworks
  • Confidence in applying relevant legislation and guidance to ensure quality and compliance

And personally? We’re looking for someone who brings...

  • Ambition – not just for yourself, but for your team and the young people we support
  • Creativity – you’re not afraid to challenge the norm and try new approaches
