The Role

As Operations Manager / Founder’s Associate, you’ll work directly with the founding team across a wide range of strategic and operational priorities. Think of this role as a force multiplier – making the founders more effective, accelerating execution, and helping edenity and their clients move faster toward their goals.

You don’t need years of experience. What matters most is drive, problem‑solving ability, and adaptability. You’ll get a front‑row seat to how startups are built, funded, and scaled, while learning how to operate at the intersection of tech, talent, and strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the founder on strategic initiatives: client projects, hiring strategy, and product roadmap.
• Conduct research and analysis to support client advisory work (e.g. market mapping, talent benchmarking, org design).
• Draft and refine client‑facing materials – proposals, decks, reports, and insights.
• Manage and improve internal operations: processes, tooling, scheduling, and comms.
• Shadow client calls, capture insights, and turn them into actionable follow‑ups.
• Flex into whatever is most critical – from helping shape hiring strategies to coordinating with partners and advisors.
