Job Description

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role at the core of a fast-scaling business. MJP Electrical is building more than an electrical services company — we are building a platform, partner network, and operational engine with national ambitions. That requires exceptional standards, clean systems, and people who take ownership without being asked.

This role is designed for someone who wants responsibility early, not comfort. The position will begin as a freelance/self‑employed trial (6‑8 weeks), with a clear intention to move into a permanent employed role for the right person.

You will work closely with leadership and will be trusted with real operational control. Your decisions will directly affect customer experience, cashflow, and team performance.

If you thrive on order, accountability, and building something properly — you will excel here.

Weekly
  • Produce a clear, honest operations performance snapshot
  • Track materials, POs, and supplier data accurately
  • Support finance with reconciliation and controls
  • Identify patterns in delays, complaints or inefficiencies
  • Contribute to short ops and sales alignment check‑ins
  • Improve systems rather than working around them
