Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced automated environment.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in raising tickets to third-party vendors.
• Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with project teams.
• Ensure uptime of Warehouse Management System.
• Coordinate software incidents across DC applications.
• Monitor performance and SLAs with Aldi's partners.
