Qualifications

• Experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.

• Web & E-mail Security in regard to child safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the college's IT network, troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve support tickets within the service desk.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT devices.
• Monitor IT systems for viruses and malfunctions.
