Job summary

A leading HSE consultancy is seeking an Onshore Senior HSE Advisor to ensure safety standards and compliance at the Hitachi Construction Site in Norwich. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 years' HSE experience, ideally within onshore construction, along with relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH level 3. This role involves promoting HSE practices, coordinating safety inspections, and liaising with contractors to ensure safety compliance. The work pattern is Monday-Friday, with 10 hours a day based onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience in HSE, ideally in onshore construction.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and incident investigation.
• In date site safety passport (CCNSG or CSCS) required.

Responsibilities

• Promote HSE culture and standards across the site.
• Coordinate and report safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Support ongoing development and implementation of HSE management systems.
