A leading funeral services provider is seeking an Online Social Content Manager to drive social and online content strategy from our Maidenhead office. The role involves developing channel-specific strategies, conducting A/B tests, and collaborating with marketing teams to support growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of content metrics and experience in driving engagement across various platforms. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £37,000 along with a hybrid work model and ample opportunities for career progression.

Location: Maidenhead (Hybrid - 3 days on‑site, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum
At Dignity, we’re on a mission to improve the end‑of‑life experience for families nationwide. As part of our continued growth, we’re building a highly technical in‑house marketing function that uses insight, experimentation and AI‑powered tools to drive real commercial impact across our brands.
We’re looking for an Online Social Content Manager to help shape this function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to own our social and online content strategy, working alongside experts in performance marketing, brand, design and data to build best‑in‑class campaigns that truly make a difference.
You will own how Dignity uses social and online platforms to drive reach, engagement and measurable business growth.
You’ll be someone who combines creativity with technical and analytical thinking.
You’ll be based in Maidenhead at least 3 days per week, with occasional travel for team or strategic work.
