This is a permanent, full-time, on‑site position with a 2 pm GMT start time.
Primary Responsibilities
- Finishing, versioning, and mastering localized marketing materials.
- Organize, track, and maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Perform quality control on timelines, input assets, and final outputs.
- Manage files across production servers, client review systems, and archives.
- Create master templates and train editors & assistant editors on their use.

- Experience with titles, credits, motion graphics, and basic VFX.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in business English.
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends to meet deadlines.
- Proven problem‑solving skills and collaborative approach.
