Job summary

A global employment solutions provider is seeking an On-Site Manager for their client in Manchester. The candidate will own account management and site processes, manage staff operations, and build relationships with stakeholders. Ideal applicants will have experience in client management, excellent communication skills, and a full driving license. This role is for 20 hours a week with flexible hours and a salary of £13.00 per hour, on a temporary contract.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as On-site Manager/Coordinator.
• Experience dealing with multiple clients in the recruitment sector.
• Experience in a warehouse is desirable.
• Full driving license essential (bi-weekly travelling to other sites may be required).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes.
• Manage and maintain an active headcount in line with customer demand.
• Manage daily rota of the staff, run payroll, and handle client/worker queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage onsite expenditure in line with guidelines.
