Job summary

A leading supply chain solutions provider in Bridgwater is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their HR team. This full-time role involves managing Employee Relations cases, coaching line managers, and contributing to workplace culture. The ideal candidate has strong experience in handling ER issues, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach. Qualifications

  • Strong experience in managing high-volume ER cases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with Trade Unions.
  • A flexible, organized, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and flexible working requests.
  • Coach and train line managers to build confidence and capability in ER case handling.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations Partner to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
  • Support absence management through data analysis, Occupational Health liaison, and strategic initiatives.
  • Administer recruitment processes, contract changes, and onboarding activities.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to improving survey scores and workplace culture.
