The OGC Assistant – Conflicts is an integral part of Latham’s Office of the General Counsel team. This role will be responsible for preparing conflict check reports, entering and maintaining data in the conflicts database, and supporting other activities related to the Conflicts team’s responsibilities, while assisting with special projects when requested. The role is based in our Manchester office and may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in‑office presence.
