Office Manager – Shanghai Hippo Animation Design Company, London

Salary: £40,000-£42,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience

Location: Westminster, London

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, 8:00-16:00 with flexibility as required

Contract Type: 12-month fixed‑term contract (maternity cover)

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Office Manager with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join our busy London office. You will be able to stay calm and well‑organised under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.

About The Role
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, including senior internal, external and political stakeholders.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the office and all meetings taking place.
  • Handle departmental invoices and support the Head of External Affairs with budget reporting.
  • Provide secretarial support for the Head of External Affairs and the External Affairs team.
