From 1 December 2025 the pay range for this role will be £38,220 - £46,142 Band 9 (pro rata for part time colleagues). To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. This reflects our commitment to equity across the organisation and aligns with the approach taken with existing staff during the transition. While the starting salary is fixed, the role offers excellent scope for growth, meaningful contribution, and being part of a forward‑thinking team.

What You Can Expect To Be Doing

The team work in the community with people aged 18 and over who have a long‑term health condition, physical disability or mental health needs. We provide holistic assessments and interventions that can include provision of equipment, minor or major adaptations and Moving and Handling assessments to facilitate greater independence and well‑being for people, families, and carers.

What We’re Looking For
  • You will need to have a current HCPC professional registration in Occupational Therapy.
  • We welcome applications from experienced or newly qualified OTs or those returning to practice after a career break or OTs with other specialist knowledge, with transferable skills and who are skilled in relationship/strengths based practice.
  • We support and encourage continuous personal development and offer excellent training and mentoring opportunities.
About The Teams

The teams have a range of experience including Qualified Occupational Therapists, Qualified Social Workers, newly qualified ASYE Social Workers, Apprentice/Trainee or Students in Occupational Therapy and Social Work and a vast range of experienced non‑qualified Social Care staff.
