Our Client based in Acton looking for an Occupational Health Advisor Team Lead to work on a Permanent basis with in their friendly and supportive team.

The role is permanent, Ideally full time 5 days per week

Hybrid working with 3 days on site and 2 days remote working

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly and pro-active OH team.

The Job Role Includes:

• Line managing a team of 10 clinicians
• Supporting all aspects of OH remit
• Support with recruitment and training need
• Undertaking, reviewing and recording regular clinical competency review with individuals
• Meeting the strategic aims of the Emergency response, treatment and OH service
• Working closely with sight operations and multiple stakeholders on Multiple Sites
