Overview

RPS Occupational Health, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to deliver a class-leading service for case management, health surveillance, health screening, and health promotion to clients. This is a permanent, site-based role to work with our client in Milton Keynes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Responsible for proactive Occupational Health provision to client companies
  • Coordinate defined Occupational Health activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Prevent adverse health effects from workplace activities through specialist skills and knowledge
  • Maintain personal Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to support your NMC registration
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance and screening procedures including audiometry, spirometry, and skin management
  • Willing to undertake personal CPD to maintain your NMC registration
  • High degree of self-motivation and management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office suite
  • Strong team player and able to lead by example
Qualifications
  • Registered General Nurse, holding a post-registration qualification in Occupational Health at Certificate Diploma or Degree level
  • Hold a current UK driving licence
