At Uxbridge, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to guide and support our team in providing outstanding care and education. To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Pay: £30,576 per Annum, based on experience (40 hours per week).
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: The Old Station Nursery Uxbridge, St John's Road, Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Greater London, UB8 2UR
Our nursery is beautifully situated in front of the River Colne, offering stunning views and a natural environment full of wildlife. The children love making the most of this unique setting—whether it’s spotting birds and animals on walks or observing nature through the windows with their binoculars. We’re also proud to welcome a mobile library that visits the nursery regularly, giving children the opportunity to exchange books and enjoy a wide variety of texts, nurturing a love for reading from an early age. For our preschool children, we offer Super Star Sports sessions where they develop essential physical skills such as ball control, spatial awareness, and problem‑solving through fun obstacle courses and structured activities using a range of equipment. We have three rooms in our nursery: the Baby Room (0–2 years), Toddler Room (2–3 years), and Preschool Room (3–5 years), each designed to support children at their specific stage of development.
As a Nursery Room Leader, you will work alongside the Nursery Manager to lead and inspire your team while delivering exceptional care and education. Key responsibilities include:
