Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
• At least 1 years’ experience in a Nursery Practitioner role.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Statutory framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage the nursery in the absence of the Manager.
• Oversee staff and children for a safe environment.
• Lead by example in childcare practices.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
• Drive continuous improvement in nursery operations.
• Support the team in delivering outstanding care.

Skills

Minimum Level 3 or above in Childcare

Experience working with children in an early years setting

Strong leadership abilities

Excellent communication skills

Valid driving licence

Proficient in English
