A leading housing support organization in Penzance is seeking a Night Intensive Housing Worker to support young people aged 16-25 in a safe and empowering environment. Responsibilities include providing out-of-hours support, managing housing welfare, ensuring safety, and engaging with residents. The candidate must have experience working with youth and a level 3 qualification in a related field. This role offers generous leave, development opportunities, and a supportive team culture.
Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive? As a Night Intensive Housing. Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for 16 - 25 year olds in our accommodation based service.
You’ll provide professional out of hours support, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents, while helping them work towards positive outcomes.
We have 2 full time positions available working 37 hours per week. These are Monday – Sunday roles with Bank Holidays classed as a normal working day. Interviews for this role will be during November.

To be successful in your application for the role of Night Intensive Housing Worker, you will have the essential skills and experience for a level 1 role (please see our candidate information pack) and the following role‑specific skills and experience.
You’re passionate about supporting young people and understand the challenges they face. You’re confident working independently, calm under pressure, and committed to safeguarding and inclusion.
