Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current professional registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent services to promote recovery and well-being for patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the delivery of patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.

Skills

Working with people with mental ill health / learning disabilities

Working collaboratively with service users and their families/carers

Working in a multi-disciplinary team

Evidence-based knowledge of best practice in caring for patients

Understanding of relevant legislation

Education

Current professional registration with Nursing & Midwifery Council RNMH or RNLD

Recognition as practice assessor / mentor or working towards it

Trained Clinical Supervisor

Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
