A children's hospice charity in Devizes is seeking friendly volunteers to join their team. Roles include sorting donations and assisting at the cash desk. Flexible shifts available from Monday to Saturday. Join us in making a real difference to local children and families!
This is a voluntary role with no salary. Location: Devizes, New Park Street. Closing Date: Ongoing.
After the success of our first charity shop in Devizes, Julia’s House, the Dorset and Wiltshire Children’s Hospice, is thrilled to announce that we will be opening a brand new second shop in Devizes this February, 2026, located on New Park Street! We’re now looking for friendly, caring volunteers to join our amazing team and help make a real difference to local children and families.
Our shops simply couldn’t run without the incredible support of volunteers like you. Whether you love meeting people or prefer working behind the scenes, there’s a role to suit everyone:
Sort Room Support
Help us sort through generous donations, steam and tag items, and get them ready to shine on the shop floor.
Cash Desk Superstar
Be the friendly face of Julia’s House! Serve customers, share updates about our work, and make every visitor feel welcome.
When You Can Help
We’re looking for support Monday to Saturday, with flexible shifts to suit you:
