Qualifications

• Experience using Grafana dashboards with exposure to Victoria metrics or Prometheus.
• CCNP Level understanding of Routing and Switching protocols.
• Understanding of BGP troubleshooting.
• Previous exposure to Data Center Technologies, such as VXLAN.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health of the network and security infrastructure using analysis tools.
• React to alerts, providing resolutions or initial troubleshooting.
• Investigate hardware/software issues, collaborating with manufacturers' support teams.
• Report and troubleshoot network connectivity with third parties.
• Complete Level 1 support tickets and network audits to ensure compliance.
