Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of paving operations.
• Experience using Trimble machine control systems.
• Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations to ensure work is delivered safely and efficiently.
• Plan workloads and direct foremen to achieve project targets.
• Manage materials and equipment to ensure timely use and maintenance.
• Act as primary onsite contact for clients and manage relationships.
• Maintain accurate site records and liaise with project teams.

Skills

Hands-on knowledge of laying operations (HBM pavements, CBGM, RCC, asphalt)

Experience with Trimble machine control systems

Organisational and planning skills
