Qualifications

• Must meet the competence requirements stipulated in BP137 for a PCSM.
• Experience in undertaking the Site Manager role.
• Ability to work independently from management.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Principal Contractor and assist in discharging duties.
• Maintain accurate CDM Demarcation zone drawing.
• Ensure all Contractors and sub-contractors are competent.
