Job summary

A fresh fruit processing company in Gravesend is seeking Multiskilled Operatives to support the operations of their busy factory. Responsibilities include operating machinery, transferring fruit, handling paperwork, and stock counting. The role requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work in a team. Pay starts at £12.57 per hour with additional night shift allowances. Full training is provided, along with various staff perks. The shift pattern is Wednesday to Saturday, 17:00 to 05:00.

Multiskilled Operatives

PrepWorld is looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to perform a selection of key support roles to ensure the smooth running of a busy fresh cut fruit factory, including:

• Operating process machinery
• Transfer of fruit
• Traceability paperwork
• Stock counting
• Ensuring equipment is where it is needed

Full training provided for all activities

Who we are looking for:

• Reliable and flexible, with a pro‑active approach to problem solving
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic English and numeracy skills
• Please note: this role involves some heavy lifting e.g. fruit boxes.

Days and hours work:

Wednesday to Saturday (4 days on 3 days off per week)

17:00 - 05:00 (Night shift)
