Job description

We have an exciting new opportunity in the Belfast office for a Part-time multilingual QC Analyst!

Our chosen candidate will have a direct impact on quality and integrity commitments to our clients and in turn assist PharosIQ in continuing to grow and develop as the premiere supplier of lead gen services within the technology sector across the globe.

Role Responsibilities

• Assure the quality of the leads PharosIQ sends to its clients through specific quality control activities,
• Having a thorough understanding of the campaign requirements for each of the leads you QC, and review each lead sheet with these requirements in mind
• Review each lead to ensure BANTP has been identified accurately by:
  • Reading the lead sheet for every lead you QC
  • Bringing any disparities between the recording and the lead sheet to the attention of brand manager or account manager
• Enter the dispositions of each lead into Siebel; notate the reasons for rejecting a lead or putting it back into rework so the AE and Brand Manager has this information
• Escalate issues to brand and account managers if there are quality concerns pertaining to specific AEs or campaigns
• Ensure compliance based on PharosIQ’s quality standards/best practices
