Are you a reliable, experienced genuine Multi-Trade Operative with a strong core skill set in carpentry or plumbing with some knowledge in other trades? Do you have good customer care skills who enjoys working with people? If yes, we’d like to hear from you. If you also have experience in wet trades or groundworks, or are qualified in unvented not water and heating systems then all the better!

Housing Solutions provides repairs and maintenance services to the residents of around 7,500 homes in Maidenhead and the surrounding area via our own in-house repairs team. You will be joining a supportive team of multi-trade operatives, plumbers, electricians and gas engineers. You will be responsible for diagnosing and carrying out maintenance and repairs in domestic, tenanted properties, plus supported housing schemes and empty properties.

You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy and hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use. Ideally, you will live within 20 miles of our head office in Maidenhead. We’d love to hear from candidates from all backgrounds and experiences. You must be willing to provide an out of hour service on a rota basis.
