Join our dedicated teams and help make a difference

Currently recruiting for Willow Bank (Kendal) home for up to 5 children aged 6-12 years

We are looking for someone to join our team, working 7am to 11am Monday to Friday during Term Time only, you will help provide continuity and stability for up to 5 children before school.

Additional hours in school holidays are available if wanted, but are not a requirement.

Salary range £12.38 to £14.06 per hour (£25,185 to £28,598 FTE)

You will need:

  • Sound communication skills, patience and resilience
  • Relevant Level 3 qualification or willingness to work toward one
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills
  • A drive to work with children, experience preferred
