In this role, you will regularly report on progress from site visits, comment on management accounts and cashflow projections, anticipate final costs, maintain loan conditions and update sales information.

Essential:

•MRICS qualified (or working towards).

•Minimum 1-2 years post-qualification experience.

•Strong understanding of construction cost and project management principles.

•Excellent written and verbal communication.

•Strong attention to detail.

Desirable:

Experience in monitoring surveyor roles or fund monitoring.

South East based with a driving licence.
