Assisting individuals to remain at home as independently as possible and deliver services, in line with the principles of the Health and Social Care Standards.Within the Responder service there are two different teams, the Red Team and the Green Team. The Red Team work three shifts including nights and the Green team work two shifts with no nightshift but a midnight finish time.
