  • Oversee and manage multiple cleaning sites.
  • Support recruitment and development of cleaning staff.
  • Deliver routine and periodic cleaning to standards.
  • Provide technical training and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Monitor cleanliness levels and ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
  • Manage stock levels, including uniforms and supplies.
  • Address operational issues promptly.

Our client is seeking motivated Mobile Cleaning Supervisors to support multiple client sites across the North East.

Salary & Shifts

£12.60 per hour (£26,280 per annum)

Full Time Position

40 Hours Per Week

Job Role

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of cleaning staff.
  • Deliver routine, planned, and periodic cleaning to agreed standards.
  • Provide technical training and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
  • Monitor cleanliness levels and ensure SLAs are consistently met.
  • Manage stock levels, including uniform distribution and van supplies.
  • Address operational issues promptly and address to line manager where needed.
  • Maintain a professional approach when interacting with colleagues, clients, and the public.
