A leading food retailer is looking for a creative individual to join their advertising team. This role involves collaboration with the Head of Creative and contributing to high-quality advertising campaigns across multiple channels. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a creative agency, alongside strong writing and problem-solving skills. This is more than just an in-house agency; since 2019, it has been central to a ‘Marketing-led turnaround’ at M&S Food. The team has developed and delivered every advert for the brand in the past five years. This effort recently led to M&S Food receiving Campaign’s In-House Agency of the Year award.
You’ll be responsible for generating ideas across multiple channels (TV, Out of Home, Press & Social) that strategically and tonally represent the M&S Food brand.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem‑solving skills, writing ability, experience inventing and leading artistic concepts, and have at least 3 years in a creative advertising agency.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.
