Where Microsoft Expertise Meets Customer Success

We're looking for a Microsoft Technical Success Manager to help customers maximise their Microsoft investments. You'll build strong relationships with Mid‑Market and Enterprise customers, work closely with Microsoft Customer Success Managers, and provide technical guidance across Microsoft technologies. The role also supports FastTrack, delivering best‑practice onboarding and adoption for Microsoft 365, Azure, and Copilot solutions.

As a Microsoft Technical Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting customer engagements (virtual and in‑person), providing technical guidance on onboarding, QBRs, roadmaps, and Microsoft adoption aligned to business goals
  • Developing and delivering Microsoft technical roadmaps and leading workshops across Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, and Copilot technologies
  • Owning technical engagements end‑to‑end, providing best‑practice advice, remediation, and ensuring successful outcomes for customers
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Technical teams, and Microsoft to drive customer success, expansion opportunities, and strategic initiatives
  • Tracking engagement activity and outcomes in CRM systems, monitor success metrics, and continuously adapt to the evolving Microsoft ecosystem

We'd love you to have

  • Experience in technical, customer‑facing roles or supporting digital workplace transformation, gained through a variety of professional backgrounds

Comfortable engaging with customers both face‑to‑face and virtually, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts in an approachable and inclusive way

A strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, supported by a solid IT foundation or equivalent practical experience

Effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse audiences

Flexibility and willingness to travel within the UK when required
