We are looking for a Meter Billing Administrator to work within our friendly and supportive billing team.

What you'll do

The role is interesting with various daily tasks to ensure accurate and timely bills are produced for our customers.

You will respond to customer queries ensuring we deliver a first-class service and look for solutions to make it even better, including arranging appointments to show our customers where their meter is located.

We will invest in your development through regular 121s, coaching and skill building. You will be joining part of a large organisation which will present you with lots of career opportunities.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone who loves talking to people and can naturally build a great rapport with our customers and colleagues. You will need to have great attention to detail when updating details to ensure we get it right first time. You will have confident, energetic, and professional communication skills, be friendly and have a positive, ‘can do' attitude.

You will need to be able to demonstrate resilience and reliability, working to defined department targets.
