Join the RAC as a Mercedes-Benz Tyre Technician Join the team that keeps the UK moving. As a Tyre Technician, you’ll receive:

• A market‑competitive base salary of £28,655.48 with optional overtime available
• Start and finish on your driveway. Demand‑led shifts averaging 40 hours per week

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in tyre fitting and maintenance
• A customer‑focused approach
• A full UK driving licence

As a Mercedes-Benz Mobile Tyre Technician you will be responsible for providing a best‑in‑class roadside tyre replacement/repair service to our members. Our Tyre Technicians will be out and about dealing face‑to‑face with customers, primarily handling wheel changes and battery‑related fault diagnosis and replacement.

You’ll start and end your day at home, tackling challenges head‑on and making a real impact on the roadside – combining your expertise with outstanding member service.

We’ll set you up for success from day one, with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform and essential tools all provided.
