Location: Aberdeen, Washington (serving Grays Harbor & Pacific counties)
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $5,000.00 + relocation assistance

What We Offer

Starting Salary Range: $86,611.20 – $96,345.60

  • Coverage after hours: $1,800.00 per year
  • Pay based on performance: up to $8,000.00 per year
  • Licensing supervision and licensure pay: $250.00 per pay period
  • Bi‑lingual fluency stipend: $100 – $200 per pay period
  • National Health Service Corps site; student loan repayment options available
  • 12 paid holidays + 1 personal holiday per year

Job Summary

  • Preferred flexible schedule rather than traditional fixed 8am‑5pm Monday‑Friday.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation responsibilities.
  • Pass background clearance and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Current automobile insurance, reliable transportation per CCS policy.
