Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with service users to assess their interests, strengths, and needs.
  • Plan and deliver social, creative, recreational, and skills-based activities.
  • Promote personal recovery principles and support service users.
  • Collaborate with the MDT for client-centred and therapeutic activities.
  • Establish links with local community initiatives.
  • Act as a resource for service users.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with policies.
