We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and welcoming Clinical Measurements Admin Team as the Team Leader and Medical Secretary to the Bladder and Bowel Care Team.
You will work very closely with our fantastic Nurse Team for Clinical Measurements. You will work in conjunction with our Secretarial and Clinical Team. This role will be based across 2 sites in Wonford and Ottery St Mary Hospital.
You will be pivotal to the communication between our patients and our Clinical staff - answering patient calls and queries, Nurse queries, team leading the Admin Team and booking patients in for their appointments with the Nurse Team. We are looking for someone who can lead a team and thrives on building relationships with Admin, Clinicians and patients. There will be opportunities to redesign the administration processes within the team.
You will be the link between the Admin Line Manager and your team, yearly personal development reviews, absence monitoring and leading by example. We need someone that will be confident in the process of leading a team.
It's a very rewarding role. You will directly impacting our patients journey throughout our service, and positively influencing the best care we can provide.
Working Pattern:37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, set daily hours to be discussed
