Job summary

Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager – Contract

Location: Wigan | Site Based | Contract

We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee mechanical works on a commercial project. You’ll manage pipefitting and ducting teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage day-to-day mechanical installation activities on site
  • Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with other trades
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and programmes
  • Maintain health & safety standards and carry out quality checks
  • Report progress and issues to the Project Manager
You’ll need:
  • Proven Mechanical Site Management experience in M&E construction
  • Strong pipefitting and ducting background
  • Experience on commercial projects
  • SMSTS or SSSTS certified
  • CSCS card
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
