Mechanical Site Manager – Dreamchaser PMU Horse Rescue & Rehabilitation Inc.

We are a leading, established provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager/Mechanical Supervisor to manage on‑site installations for projects ranging from £1.5 M to £20 M+.

Location

Site based in Leeds, England – candidates must be based or able to commute to the site daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an 'off the tools' manager, present on site to manage, coordinate, and inspect mechanical installation works on a single project at a time.
• Supervise and lead Mechanical Engineers, Industrial Plumbers, Pipefitters, HVAC Engineers, and Mechanical Supervisors / Foremen.
• Work collaboratively with specialist engineers to undertake elements of the installation.
• Maintain clear communication and liaison with site-based team and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Direct mechanical site management or supervisory experience in commercial and industrial environments.
• Background in M&E / Building Services with experience as a Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Site Supervisor.
• Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale mechanical installations.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
