Job summary

A leading technical services company in the City of London is seeking a Mechanical Shift Engineer to manage work services and HVAC systems. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related field and hold a recognised apprenticeship. This full-time position involves ensuring timely maintenance and supervising contractors to support operational activities. An understanding of building management systems and HVAC knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a recognised apprenticeship and qualifications.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and building services.
• Experience supervising contractors in remedial service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient control of work services.
• Support coordination and planning of sub-contract works.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
