£48,000 – £50,000 Basic + Overtime (OTE £62,000+) + Company Benefits + Pension

Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer specialising in ductwork and commercial building services? This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, employee-owned company delivering high-profile projects across data centres, schools, RAF facilities, and secure sites.

You’ll be part of a professional engineering team, maintaining and installing mechanical systems to the highest standards while working on exciting, technically challenging projects.

Your Role as Mechanical Engineer Will Include:
  • Installation, maintenance, and fault-finding on ductwork systems
  • Working on HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, and associated mechanical plant
  • Supporting project teams with site coordination and quality checks
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and building regulations
  • Assisting with mechanical design, technical support, and commissioning
What We’re Looking For:
  • NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience in ductwork and mechanical building services
  • Strong hands‑on mechanical skills and fault‑finding ability
