Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Materials & Production Coordinator to join our team.

As a Material & Production Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and overseeing production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality products. This role is critical in bridging the gap between procurement, suppliers, production teams, and logistics to maintain smooth operations and meet deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating & processing production orders in relating to the bottling operations.
  • Creating and managing rework instructions.
  • Creating specifications on SAP relating to materials, barcodes, cased goods, and ad hoc items.
  • Maintain material schedules aligned to production and bottling plans.
  • Liaise with suppliers and raise POs for materials & nonstock items that meets the desired production requirement date.
  • Processing of all delivery notes for all goods received.
  • Creation and control of master data on SAP (e.g. weights & dimensions) for all products.
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers to ensure we obtain competitive prices.
  • Monitor Stock levels of packaging materials and address shortages.
  • Month End Stock reconciliation.
  • Glass Pallets Reconciliation.
  • Liaising with external suppliers to collate and maintain all relevant information required to be entered into SAP relating to Greenhouse Gases.
  • Yearly reporting through third party site on GHG.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2-4 of experience in whisky industry with production, supply chain coordination
  • Strong understanding of supply chain
  • Experience in SAP
  • Proficient in excel and Microsoft outlook, teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills across departments and with external suppliers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
