Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Forklift Truck Driver for a stable, full-time role in Hindley Green. As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will ensure smooth operations by safely transferring goods, loading vehicles, and operating forklifts. Candidates need a valid Forklift licence and strong attention to detail. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. This position offers £12.37 per hour with Monday to Friday day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transfer finished goods from production to the warehouse.
  • Load vehicles with finished products, checking for quality and correct labeling.
  • Distribute raw materials to production as needed.
  • Operate forklifts to move stock between docks, vehicles, and storage areas.
  • Use SAP to issue goods and report discrepancies.
  • Inspect inbound goods and report any non-conformance.
  • Perform daily forklift safety checks and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Support inventory control through weekly cycle counts.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay Rate: £12.37 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts
