Job description

Your role

We are offering a basic salary between £38,000 to £45,600 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 40/41-hour working weekand an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

Your role as a Master Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. As a Master Technician you will be the expert in carrying out diagnosis and undertaking servicing and repair work on customer vehicles. You will effectively use your technical knowledge and skills to ensure you and your colleagues are working efficiently. You will be expected to liaise with service advisors, customers and senior management ensuring excellent customer service and a professional approach at all times.

Your profile

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• MOT license preferred but not essential
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
