Marketing Coordinator / Operations Manager

Position:

Marketing Coordinator / Operations Manager

  • Manage the relationship with digital agencies, overseeing their delivery of digital advertising, influencer campaigns, and content strategy.
  • Develop and communicate clear, actionable content briefs with digital agencies to artists; coordinate content delivery to ensure deadlines and campaign requirements are consistently met.
  • Ensure digital agencies has timely access to all required digital advertising platforms, assets, and permissions to run campaigns effectively.
  • Consolidate and report key marketing performance insights back to the Funfair team, highlighting trends, risks, and recommended next steps.
  • Serve as a liaison with accountants, assisting in the preparation of quarterly budgets, monitoring expenditure, and managing drawdown requests.
  • Oversee invoicing processes and maintain accurate reporting against financial targets and campaign budgets.
Operations Management
  • Collaborate with operations teams at AWAL and Too Lost to support release planning, distribution, and delivery requirements.
  • Manage ingestion of masters and comprehensive metadata logging to ensure accurate delivery and distribution readiness.
  • Maintain organised, up-to-date artist records within internal systems, including contracts, marketing assets, royalty splits, stems, and other critical documentation.

Ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years experience in the music industry.
