We need an experienced Marketo Marketing Automation Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in increasing conversions, nurturing leads, and demonstrating commercial growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation principles, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of implementing successful Marketo campaigns.
Design and implement lead nurturing programs to engage and educate leads at different stages of the buyer's journey.
Utilize Marketo's capabilities to create personalized and targeted communications for maximum impact.
Implement advanced segmentation strategies to target specific audience segments with relevant and personalized content.
Continuously refine and optimize audience segmentation based on data and performance insights.
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns through Marketo to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
Utilize Marketo analytics and other relevant tools to track and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports on key performance indicators.
Implement data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
Work closely with the IT and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of Marketo with other systems and platforms.
Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce compelling and effective marketing assets.
Provide training to marketing and sales teams on Marketo best practices and capabilities. Maintain documentation on processes, workflows, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features in marketing automation and leverage new capabilities to enhance campaigns.
