The Opportunity

As a Maritime ELINT Analyst on our team, you’ll collect, analyze, and report on ELINT signals in a key region to support a Combatant Command. You’ll analyze ELINT and other government data on specific targets or problem sets, applying expertise in operations, intelligence, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and collections to enhance the client mission. You’ll produce written analysis and briefings to inform senior policy makers, support analytic exchanges with inter‑agency and foreign counterparts, maintain working relationships with key leaders and clients, and provide surge and crisis support as needed.

You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in operational or technical ELINT analysis
  • 3+ years supporting all‑source or ELINT analysis and production at a Major Command level
  • Experience using systems such as GALE or GALE‑LITE
  • Ability to support a 24/7 rotating schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of ELINT analysis experience, or associate’s degree with 4+ years, or bachelor’s degree with 2+ years
Nice If You Have
  • Experience at a Combatant Command
  • Experience identifying military and commercial maritime radar signals of interest
  • Knowledge of the maritime forces environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
