Position

Business Information Analyst Department: Financial Department Location: UK (remoteGEST during Covid) Job type: part‑time Duration: 3 months Salary: meet national impacting minimum wage Reports directly to the Financial and information management manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse operational data on a daily basis.
• Accurately reconcile sales data with financial data and prepare the "Day Book" in the financial system.
• Support the financial manager in finalising and Firenze accounting documents, including: "Payment requests form", "Reimbursement form", and "Payroll system update".
• Assist in preparing financial statements and finalise analysis for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• Collaborate with the IT Director to implement appropriate measures and controls that ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Perform additional duties as necessary to support overall business objectives.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or informatics discipline.
• Major in business analysis, informatics or accounting.้าที่
